With the classic character and coziness of one of the town’s classic homes, this attractive cottage has recently been updated to add comfort and style. With beautiful wood floors throughout, granite counters, and updated appliances, Mountain View Cottage takes advantage of its most outstanding feature– breathtaking views of the mountains– and creates a wonderful place to enjoy it from. Large windows envelope the breakfast room, creating a restful mountain atmosphere that’s unmatched.
The fully equipped kitchen features stone counters and mosaic tile back splashes, new appliances, large farm-style sink, and stunning wood floors. Just off the kitchen, there is a roomy separate dining room.
The beautifully furnished living room has one Queen American Leather Comfort sleeper– no bars, no springs– that will sleep 2. So comfortable!
Upstairs, there are two bedrooms, each with a queen. There is a full bath upstairs that features a very attractive claw-foot tub, as well as a second full bath downstairs. A a very cute bonus hide-away room with TV is a perfect little nook for entertaining children!
A private hot tub has an outstanding view of the mountains. Outdoor furniture on the large deck is just one more place to enjoy the peace and tranquility of this amazing view. Just a short drive to Leavenworth’s shops, restaurants, and festivals, Mountain View Cottage is a perfect little place to call home when you come to enjoy the Bavarian village.

What an absolutely charming home! The natural light cannot be beat. Regardless of the time of day, the home is bright and cheerful. The home was spotless upon my arrival and I was incredibly happy with the comfort level of the bed! The location is perfect. Far enough outside town that you are out of the hustle and bustle, but just a hop and a skip to downtown! The local team is friendly and attentive and it is apparent they care about the homes and guests. I would highly recommend this home and will be returning!

Beautiful home! Stayed here on my first visit to Leavenworth with friends for my birthday weekend. Easy, close commute to town. The hot tub was a nice plus after spending all day in town. Highly recommend and looking forward to our next visit!

We spend 4 days here with our young family in the winter. The kids loved the big yard and it was perfect for them to sled in (ages 3 and 6). The views were great, it's close to town, and the kitchen had all the equipment you'd need to do simple meals (we made all of our breakfasts and dinners at the house).

Such a well maintained cabin with a beautiful view just a few minutes from downtown Leavenworth. Stayed here for a weekend excursion with the wife and the cabin had everything that we needed. Â We had a fantastic time. Deer were walking by as we had our morning coffee and the mountain views across the lawn were spectacular.

My family and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely cottage. The views of the mountain were breathtaking and the proximity to town was ideal! The cottage was clean, all the necessities were provided. The sunken rec. room was perfect for our 2 children as they could play and watch videos there. The hot tub was also enjoyable. The house was beautiful and as described. There was such a great view from the hot tub and the service from the property managers was absolutely the best!! It was better than hotel room service. I was able to call 24/7 leading up to the trip to confirm what amenities they had and they even dropped off tape and batteries for us 15 minutes after we asked. My only critique would be that the living room could really use a coffee table. I would definitely stay here again!!

The cabin is spacious, with comfy beds and great light from many windows. The hot tub was much enjoyed. The squeaky floors were a bit loud so we were all up early in the AM. -Beware- the doors lock upon closing so don't lock yourselves out while in the hot tub like we did; we hadn't memorized the access code yet. We spent some very cold and wet time outside until we got somebody's attention.

After months of sheltering in place, we needed a change of scenery. We chose the Mt. View Cottage because of its proximity to downtown Leavenworth, as well as nearby hiking trails. It has two bedrooms and two bathrooms, a full kitchen, hot tub, fantastic views from the picture windows, and is very peaceful. Beds were super comfy. The cottage is tastefully decorated, without being cluttered. It even has an electric fireplace to make it more homey. We would definitely stay there again if it is available.

Watching the fog roll across the mountains every morning was beautiful. The road was a great place to take a walk with the family, many of the neighbors have animals. The river is at the end of the road. The house was immaculately clean. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed. The kids toys in the kids nook were an added bonus. The decorations for Christmas, made it feel like being home for the holidays. It was the perfect place to spend Thanksgiving. It is an older home with creaky floors on the main floor but that is part of the character. The house is well maintained!

Lovely, well stocked and clean home with beautiful views and great access (just a short walk down the street!) to Icicle River. Easy drive or bike into town. We also really enjoyed the large, grassy field for running and playing and having a nice picnic in the shade of the trees. We also had a great experience in town, the food was delicious (we stopped at Louie's and Andres Keller's), the beaches clean and beautiful and the people of Leavenworth were kind and friendly. We truly enjoyed our stay and found nothing lacking.
