Just blocks from downtown, this lovely new condo is conveniently located close to the outstanding Leavenworth Golf Club, the popular Icicle Junction’s Miniature Golf course, and walking distance to the beautiful Enzian 18 hole putting course.

When the snow covers the landscape, ski the best cross country trails right next door at the golf club. Ski equipment is available for rent right across the street from the condo. How easy is that!?

A shared hot tub and propane grill are located in a private, enclosed area on the premises, and provide a wonderful means of relaxing and soothing tired muscles after a day on the course.

Enjoy meals in the fully equipped kitchen, or experience fine dining in some of Leavenworth’s stellar restaurants, just blocks away.
