Does it have a hot tub?
Many, though not all, of our properties have hot tubs. When you call, please let us know it's a feature you're looking for, and we'll be happy to find you a place with one.

Is it by the river?
Many of our properties, both in Leavenworth or in the Lake Wenatchee area, are on the river. Additionally, we have other great places that, although not located on the river, have outstanding views of the rugged mountains.

Does the kitchen have a microwave?
All of our vacation rental properties have fully equipped kitchens. They all have microwave ovens, refrigerators, stoves, and with the exception of just two of the smaller cabins, they all have dishwashers. Pots, pans, dishes, silverware, cups and glasses (many including wineglasses) and all kitchen utensils are provided.

Do I have to bring sheets and towels or sleeping bags?
There's no need! Sheets, towels, blankets and all linens are provided in all of our vacation properties. Think about this as staying in a hotel that also provides your own kitchen, living room and private deck! Our cleaning staff will launder everything after you depart, and they'll remake the beds.

Are pets allowed?
Several of our vacation rental properties allow pets. Please let us know if you plan to bring your pet, so we can find an accommodating property for you. Some of the places we maintain prohibit pets because of allergies, and we appreciate your cooperation with us.

Is smoking allowed?
All of our vacation rental properties are smoke-free facilities. If you
smoke, please find other fine facilities to accommodate your need through the Leavenworth Chamber of Commerce.
